Villarroel is a 2-bed flat in the centre of Sant Antoni. The layout was completely flipped in order to have the living areas connected to the street side window, and the bedrooms connected to the quieter internal 'manzana' window. We maintained the original exposed wooden beam ceilings and designed a practical and compact open kitchen living area.
